Tracking and monitoring amendments and changes to legislation

This feature is to guide you on how to navigate through changes in legislation.

How to track amendments to legislation

1. Lookout for a list of amending legislation located at the beginning of the document below the title.

1. Click History tab on a document to view the lifecycle of a piece of legislation.

The legislations or statutory instruments displayed here, are linked.

1. Click the Related documents tab to view a list of statutes that are amended by the document you are viewing and provides for a list of the amending legislation and statutory instruments.

Tips!

Watch out for the banner that notifies you on whether the amendments on the document you are viewing have been applied or not. If the amendments have not been applied, you can access the amending document on the History or Related documents tabs.
